The technical Director of IP Group Ops position has primary responsibility for completion of high level activities directly for a technical member of Intel's senior most executive team. The nature of the job varies based on the executive, leadership team and organization's changing needs, and may evolve over time.
This position plays a key role in sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps, also working with other senior executives across Intel. This position provides high performing, high potential professionals at Intel with an opportunity for accelerated business and leadership learning with a unique assignment reporting to, and receiving mentoring directly from, their executive. The length of the assignment is targeted to be 24 months but may be shortened or extended based on business need or a joint determination with their executive. Engineering degree or background is required for the technical Director of IP Group Ops role.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in high end ASIC development
5+ years of project/program management of ASIC projects
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in management
