OVERVIEW
The Divisional Vice President, National Accounts Services Operations is a critical role in the NAS space tasked with ensuring effective leadership and operations for the NAS HCM product portfolio and the ancillary functions critical to division success. By providing strategic leadership and oversight to the NAS Centers of Excellence, this executive ensures realization of the HCM Service Model strategy.

The DVP is responsible for developing and executing upon overall strategies designed to establish operational excellence and partnering with the field and Corporate with regard to strategic initiatives, program management, product initiatives, and technology strategies for the Division supporting ~$1.5 billion in revenue and impacting approximately 5,000 associates.

The DVP will also provide strategic leadership over Tools and Technology Enablement, Digital Optimization and Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Program Management, Solution Architecture, Delivery Assurance, Knowledge Management, Compliance, Business Resiliency and Risk Management for the National Account Services Organization.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The DVP, NAS Operations executes strategies through cross functional teams of leaders and their project management and/or technical expertise aligned to regional (field) functional executives with focus on standardization, alignment and optimization.

Drives improvements in client and associate experience through leadership over digital optimization and transformation, tools enablement, robotics and automation enabling the achievement of NAS strategic goals.

Proactively monitors business performance / operating results against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through field partner collaboration. Influences innovative thinking that results in highly effective service and relationship management solutions, allowing NAS to remain highly competitive.

Delivers an effective Program Management function to support strategic initiatives including new growth initiatives / solutions, acquisitions, operational efficiencies, etc.

NAS liaison with ADP Corporate (IT, Marketing, Product Management etc.) and other BU's on ADP enterprise initiatives, technology alignment and other areas of collaboration.

Oversees the leadership for the Shoring initiatives, Data Privacy and Compliance and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for National Accounts.

Drives continual process improvements to satisfy competitive challenges and to achieve optimum operational performance.


Critical Success Factors:

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
  • Ensures business partnering with marketing and development product groups to set the standards for optimum product performance and service level agreements that are aligned to client satisfaction and operational performance strategies.
  • Identifies ideal field organizational structure, staffing levels, tools, training (associate and client), product rollouts, and productivity standards and reporting.
  • Prepares business cases with ROI justification for field investments.
  • Identifies and communicates client service, operations and training best practices across National Accounts.
  • Ensures consistent rollout of products, initiatives as well as alignment with National Accounts' strategic objectives. 
  • Actively participates in the development of the NAS Strategic Plan.
  • Leverages vendor relationships to provide the best possible tools, training and support of service initiatives.
  • Oversees the deployment and management of disaster recovery efforts (service recovery) within National Accounts and manages related field / operational communication channels in partnership with Global Security function.
  • Proactively partners with functional leaders to monitor the health of the business operations as it relates to client satisfaction, service, relationship management, operations, security and training and actively designs, collaborates with field business partners and executes improvement strategies where needed.
