Contact Technologies uses advanced logic to allow any Apple customer via voice, chat or email to connect with Apple through a personalized, high-touch experience. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational dashboard, which provides essential real-time data and alerting, as well as the project finance management system, which allows us to supervise and manage the financial aspects of hundreds of projects.

Key Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization is a must
• Excellent Leadership Skills to drive delivery
• Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC to provide technical input
• Experience directing a team of software developers
• Experience leading multiple, sophisticated projects with internal and external partners across several groups

In this role, you will be the owner for two key products in the Contact Technologies team. First, our internal project management tool, which tracks hundreds of projects from the project milestones to the budgeting for resources. You will also be responsible for creation of POs to vendors, approval of invoices, and ensuring project funding reconciliation. You will also own the development of our operational dashboard, providing real-time data to various teams within Apple, as well as monitoring and alarming data for our support team. In addition, your project management skills will be put to good use with various operational projects that you will coordinate throughout the year.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject area, with 5+ years of relevant software development project management experience.
