In this role as an ATE (Automated Test Equipment) Lab Technician, you should have the track record in supporting in the semiconductor model with knowledge covering the supporting of lab sustaining functions.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Executing and capturing results of characterization and validation test cases and submit defects.
- Performing execution and capturing results of sort validation test cases and submit defects.
- Support failure analysis, debug and sustaining activities.
- Basic system level setup and debug to ensure platform is ready for validation testing.
- Performing lab support, test equipment calibration/maintenance, test hardware such as load boards, test sockets, and instruments.
- Maintain parts and hardware inventory.
- Maintain test equipment calibration/maintenance, lab equipment.
- Communicate with engineer on test activities and status.

- Learn and operate new equipment as operations expand.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent 2-year certificate in electrical or electronics technology.
- Working experience of Advantest 93000 tester and troubleshooting of test setups.
- Proficiency handling all parts and wafers per static handling practices.
- Experience loading and verifying test programs, verify hardware and test correlation units.
- Experience on maintain and support ATE hardware, tester, handlers and temp equipment, including load boards and sockets.

- Excellent scheduling skill to maintain tester usage, hardware maintenance plan.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing an ATE test lab operations.
- 5+ years in IC Manufacturing test, including support characterization, qualification and deliver lab operations technical support.
