of implementation associates providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify the most effective allocation of resources and tools required for project in compliance with project requirement.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProject Scheduling and Cost Control:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOversees the project preparation and planning functions by:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeveloping project direction and conversion definition and compliance to issue management\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor issues on a weekly basis\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor escalation of problems\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure risk management via mitigation strategies\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure proper tracking of Change requests with appropriate signoffs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively communicates relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsuring project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing Collaboration tool and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETracks team hours and approves accordingly through use of PlanView project tool to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EProject Leadership/Mentoring:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipates in performance management and professional development activities by providing immediate feedback to team members regarding their performance and supplying input to Implementation Management on the professional development of team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure a qualitative management of client relationship\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide recommendation to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product use\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage client\u0027s expectations during project\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeliver proposals on client\u0027s procedures in order to optimize proposed solution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure high level of client satisfaction\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E8\u002B years Implementation Project Management experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPMP certification\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrior HCM Implementation project management experience, preferably in Time and Attendance\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHighly effective written and verbal communication\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExpertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Access and Visio\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMust be able to travel up to 50%, domestic /
