Intel is expanding manufacturing operations in New Mexico to deliver Foveros advanced 3D packaging technology to an increasing array of products. This is the first consolidated high volume manufacturing site for DMO. Responsibilities, but not limited to include:

• Build a technical, capable, and innovative, high-performance team rooted in learning and genuine care for each other.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a bachelor's degree (with 9+ years of relevant experience) or master's degree (with 6+ years of relevant experience) or PhD degree (with 4+ years of relevant experience) in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry or Physics or any other related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in assembly and/or wafer level assembly and/or fab back-end processes.

• 2+ years of experience in managing, mentoring and/or coaching technical engineers and engineering technicians.
