Intel is expanding manufacturing operations in New Mexico to deliver Foveros advanced 3D packaging technology to an increasing array of products. This is the first consolidated high volume manufacturing site for DMO. Join us in developing a high-performance team to address the challenges in high volume manufacturing to enable quality output at lowest possible cost.
Responsibilities, but not limited to include:
Build a technical, capable, and innovative, high-performance team rooted in learning and genuine care for each other.
Setting priorities for the team.
Collaborating across boundaries to get results.
Ensuring an inclusive work environment.
Developing employees and managing their performance.
Work with both upstream, downstream, and cross functional key partners to ensure success transfer and ramp products in HVM.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's degree (with 9+ years of relevant experience) or master's degree (with 6+ years of relevant experience) or PhD degree (with 4+ years of relevant experience) in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry or Physics or any other related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in assembly and/or wafer level assembly and/or fab back-end processes.
2+ years of experience in managing, mentoring and/or coaching technical engineers and engineering technicians.
