As the Fab Equipment Supply Chain Engineer, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Leading Virtual Factory-Wide Network improvement initiatives and building strong relationships with factory stakeholders.
Driving sustainable improvements through robust systems development.
Forging alliances with customers, suppliers, and partners to pool resources and provide the best solutions.
Exploring and benchmarking emerging technologies in the industry.
Contributing to future technology definitions and requirements.
Defining the technical requirements for supplier selection.
Driving supplier improvements on quality, reliability, yield, and cost.
Developing plans and strategies to validate critical process windows with the supplier.
Driving supplier process window validation activities on critical process modules throughout the stages of development.
Developing strategies to resolve a wide range of difficult and complex problems using formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
Establishing a master Gantt chart and performing regular reviews on project progress.
Providing technical support during material transfers for factory start-ups.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. *This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:
A master's degree or Ph.D. in engineering, physical science discipline (chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, materials science), or related field of study with 6+ years of relevant experience.
A bachelor's degree in the above fields with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intel factory operations and/or process equipment development and support experience are strongly preferred.
Prior experience working with and/or managing suppliers is a plus.
Experienced in Intel's business practices and procedures.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
