We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to join the WW Sales Finance team. This person must be able to drive complex analyses with high-levels of ambiguity to provide leadership insight into how end customers are buying our products. Candidate must work cross functionally across Sales Finance, Sales, Product Marketing, and technical teams.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Self-starter, with ability to independently drive work streams
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, ambiguous, data-driven analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate digestible, yet detailed analysis through a meaningful story
- Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment requiring rapid re-prioritization and strong task management
- Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them
- Ability to create successful, cross-functional partnerships within a large organization
Description
The ideal candidate is a top performer with a proven track record of accomplishments. In joining the fast-paced, growth environment of WW Sales Finance, the candidate is expected to quickly become as key contributor with a high degree of ownership, supporting various sales teams. The candidate should feel comfortable dealing with complex and ambiguous situations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze consumer offers around the world to provide insight on launch offers and device pricing model trends to leadership
- Partner with WW Sales and Finance team to understand impact of NPI launch offers on end consumer for key LOBs
- Provide analytics on current and projected consumer offers for consideration in international pricing decisions
- Partner with WW Sales to assess various investment decisions in key affordability initiatives
- Perform ad hoc analyses on competitor launches, sales pilots and other key sales initiatives
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
