The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing analyses and financial reporting to senior management, partnering with division leaders to support decision making and strategy, assisting with annual budgets and monthly projections, and improving processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under general supervision:
1. Prepare, analyze, and provide recommendations on sales, cost, expense variance and other financial information.
2. Prepare and/or assist with preparation of budgets, projections, cost/benefit analyses, and other analyses, including recommendations to management.
3. Prepare and analyze financial results of division and/or subsidiary operations for management review
4. Generate and continuously improve key reports used by decision makers.
5. Identify trends, provide insight, respond to inquiries and develop recommendations to improve financial performance.
6. Assist with and/or lead special projects.
7. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
8. Understand. Create. Simplify.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance
Motivated, self-directed
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications
C.P.A., M.B.A., or Masters Degree
Experience in corporate financial analyses
Experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI for reporting
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
