We are looking for an experienced, talented, and enthusiastic people manager to come lead the exciting Validation Lab team in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado! This is an onsite position with the opportunity to grow a brand new Lab engineering team in support the Intels Xeon roadmap. You will take responsibility for the Fort Collins Intel Validation Engineering lab, including ensuring lab readiness per Silicon road-map, managing stakeholder relationships, and as well as growing a high performing, cohesive team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Provide management direction for the needs of the Xeon Validation lab
Manage technical teams within budget and project schedules
Grow a strong, dedicated, highly engaged team
Consistently deliver high-quality lab services to lab stakeholders
Effectively manage and influence various levels of stakeholders
Apply your significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to stakeholders
Build a deep understanding of business processes and technical capabilities of solutions
Continuously learn from execution and drive process improvements across functions and groups
Be a part of an amazing Validation Organization partnering with a broader validation lab community to achieve business objectives

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics and 4+ years of experience:
Quality Assurance, Test or Validation lab environment
People management
Project management
Preferred Qualifications
Strong operational management skills including management of budgets, resourcing, and schedules
Ability to work in a cross geo environment
Experience in a Research and Development Lab
Systems Integration validation teams

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00
