This job is to work with external silicon foundry suppliers and Intel various organizations to enable Intel's outsourced products manufacturing by external silicon foundry suppliers.
The
responsibilities cover both new product introduction (NPI)
engineering and production ramping including fab process window
characterization and optimization, device eTest analysis, and
product yield analysis and improvements.
The job provides
opportunities to be involved in the semiconductor industry
ecosystem and to work directly with Intel business units for
Intel's market
expansion.
The successful
candidate will be responsible for, but not limited
to:
- Support new product Tape-Out process
- Define new product wafer start plan to cover process variation and flawlessly execute the plan
- Define device targets and skew corners per product design and deliver Si meeting requirements
- Perform design of experiments (DOE) to validate and qualify Si process improvement.
- Monitor advanced Si Fab process and etest performance, drive foundry suppliers for continuous improvement.
- Perform etest analysis and identify opportunity to improve product performance and power.
- Perform yield analysis, investigate low yield root causes, and improve product yield to meet yield targets
- Drive yield improvement activities or excursion management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams from design, product development engineering, sort/testing, quality and reliability, assembly and test, planning, operations, etc.

Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. This Position is not eligible for

Minimum
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Master's or above in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics or related field of study.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Si fab processing, eTest or yield analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding on advanced FinFet HighK Metal gate Si process and transistors device physics
- Familiar with analysis tools such as JMP, Yield Explorer. Scripting capability is a plus.
- Project management experience
