\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cdiv class=\u0022cse-block\u0022\u003E \u003Ch2\u003EAbout the role:\u003C/h2\u003E \u003Cp\u003EAs a member of ADP\u0027s GV Client Service team, the Global HCM Success Factor Service Application Support Consultant will be responsible for our global SFSF clients technical support and system maintenance activities across the region of his/her responsibility according to defined SLAs (service level agreements).\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv class=\u0022cse-block\u0022\u003E \u003Ch2\u003EWhat you\u0027ll do:\u003C/h2\u003E \u003Cp\u003EII. Responsibilities:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EProvide service/ support to customers using HR \u0026 Talent SF functional modules on global/regional platform\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\uF0A7 GUIDING PRINCIPLES\u003Cbr /\u003Ea. He/she is responsible for client system maintenance on regional level = make configuration system changes on behalf of all local countries within his/her region of responsibility\u003Cbr /\u003Eb. He/she is expected to co-ordinate internal technical communication across the region with local application support teams\u003Cbr /\u003Ec. He/she is responsible to support also other activities related to client service such as user training delivery, additional after go-live system configuration activities etc.\u003Cbr /\u003Ed. He/she will closely co-operate with Global Service lead consultant on global alignment\u003Cbr /\u003Ee. He/she will take responsibility for testing co-ordination within the region\u003Cbr /\u003Ef. He/she will support the GL in case of any issue/CR\u0027s estimates and implementation activities\u003Cbr /\u003Eg. He/she is responsible for consistency message and quality level of HCM SFSF service across his/her regional assignment\u003Cbr /\u003Eh. He/she is becoming a regional CS single point of internal contact for any technical discussion topics related to global HCM SFSF functionality\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\uF0A7 TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES\u003Cbr /\u003EThe global SF system maintenance and the system customizing can be related to the following SFSF functional areas :\u003Cbr /\u003EEmployee Central : Global employee master data \u0026 impact on local PA/PY functionality when global change is applied\u003Cbr /\u003ETalent Management\u003Cbr /\u003EPerformance Management\u003Cbr /\u003ECompensation Management\u003Cbr /\u003EWorkforce Analytics\u003Cbr /\u003EWorkforce Planning\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe tasks to be performed in the change request process are as follow\u003Cbr /\u003E\uF0A7 Participate on the quotation of customer change requests and support the GL in analyses and estimating the global budget\u003Cbr /\u003E\uF0A7 After validation ensure modification in SF relevant module are consistent with ADP GV/GVS global template\u003Cbr /\u003E\uF0A7 Regional testing and validation responsibility\u003Cbr /\u003E\uF0A7 Participation on training of new HCM service team members on ADP GV/GVS guidelines\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\uF0A7 PROBLEM RESOLUTION\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003Ea. He/she will take ownership of regular review of all open global \u0026gt; regional tickets and provide regular updates to the GL\u003Cbr /\u003Eb. He/she is in charge to address on going problems faced by the client when he uses the HCM SF system, if the case has been escalated to him/her by the first line relation center.\u003Cbr /\u003Ec. He/she analyses the problem on a regional level , estimate and propose the resolution process, with the possible support of product management\u003Cbr /\u003Ed. He/she takes responsibility on co-ordination of all regional application support teams to deliver one global solution to the client\u003Cbr /\u003Ee. He/she will manage the configuration and test the changes and then makes sure that they get available for the client. He/she checks that the client is satisfied with the solution\u003Cbr /\u003Ef. He/she co-operates closely with the GL on the global alignment across the regions\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003Ea) Ensure new SuccessFactors clients are on- boarded and stabilized in alignment with all other non HCM/PY functionality\u003Cbr /\u003Ea. Participate in transition between implement phase to service and review the learning points\u003Cbr /\u003Eb.
