Talent Delivery is responsible for the execution and enablement of various HR services and programs, including Onboarding, Career Development virtual trainings and Employee Experience 1-1 consultations.

The main function of this role is to consult with SAP employees as part of the Executive Onboarding process, virtual Career Development trainings and 1-1 consultations for Career Advice. Additional responsibilities will include the end-to-end process management for the delivered services and support of global/regional projects.

Deliver Career Development virtual trainings and 1-1 Career Advice 

  • Deliver high quality Career Advice for topics such as general career advice, CV/Resume review, international careers and development plans; provide 1-1 consultations by listening, clarifying root-causes, identifying possible solutions and recommending actions
  • Facilitate virtual trainings and engage customers in the learning experience through activities and interactions
  • Ensure relevant career development resources are easily accessible and up to date
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively offer solutions /recommend changes to our policies, services and portfolio and knowledge base
  • Support global/regional projects

Deliver Executive Onboarding service

  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding experience for newly hired Executives
  • Schedule a preparation call with key stakeholders (Local HR Services, Hiring Manager, Executive Assistant and VIP IT Services) to go through the end-to-end onboarding plan
  • Use the onboarding checklist to ensure that all necessary IT equipment has been ordered. Work with VIP IT and GPO to coordinate delivery and set up
  • Prepare & deliver the ‘Executive Essentials’ Week 2 virtual session to the new Executive
  • Ensure end-to-end communication plan is successfully executed
  • Maintain enablement material and resources on the HRBP and Executive Portal pages
  • Provide 2nd level support to questions on the Executive Onboarding process
  • Conduct 2 check-ins with the HR Business Partner to gather feedback and provide additional support for the Executive within the first 2 months
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular KPI reporting


  • 2-4 years professional experience
  • Strong background in customer service (internal or external)
  • 1+ years training or presentation experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in consulting and/or coaching
  • Background in HR 
  • Instructional design skills desirable


  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • Fluent English
