\u003Ch2\u003ESPA_Global Implementation Project Manager\u0026nbsp;\u003C/h2\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EI. \u003Cu\u003EOverview:\u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EADP Streamline Service Organization is committed to providing World Class Service to clients by hiring, developing and retaining qualified service professionals; by treating each client contact as a service opportunity and by delivering outstanding customer care to client associates.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cu\u003ERole objective:\u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo stand as ADP single point of contact facing the Client for the implementation project for \u003Cstrong\u003Eglobal accounts\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo ensure the setup of the new client in consolidation Services systems (Reporting, Invoicing, Payroll Process Control applications, ...)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo \u003Cstrong\u003Emanage\u003C/strong\u003E the coordination of the protocol with Partners in triggering, track progress, \u003Cstrong\u003Emitigate risks, \u003C/strong\u003Eand closing the local implementation projects and the service delivery either with ADP countries or with external Payroll providers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo \u003Cstrong\u003Emanage\u003C/strong\u003E efficient global implementation of ADP Streamline across the Client organization.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor and manage the Client relationship and satisfaction at headquarters level during the implementation phase.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo solve potential issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the global implementation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo ensure a proper transition from implementation to service with the assigned Account Manager.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EII. \u003Cu\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo develop, produce and \u003Cstrong\u003Emanage\u003C/strong\u003E a master implementation schedule to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo produce project status reports satisfaction surveys and KPI\u0027s on service to conduct conference calls with the Client on a regular basis in order to ensure the relationship.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo setup the options for configuring the consolidated reports and exported data to be supplied to the new Client.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo survey each country after the \u0026quot;go live\u0026quot; payroll for feedback, evaluate the status of the payroll, check Client satisfaction and develop an action plan to resolve any residual issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo act from time to time as a sales support agent to advise on the fit of ADP Streamline solution to client needs at the selling process stage\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo submit recommendations on how to improve the relationship with the client, related to implementation phase, with ADP Streamline partners.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ETo coordinate and act as an escalation point for all involved parties during the length of the implementation.\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EIII. \u003Cu\u003EQualifications:\u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E1. Experience/Skills:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFive years minimum experience in implementing or serving Payroll/HR related projects\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven experience in Project management, project coordination\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerfect communications skills in Client facing context\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInternational culture and ability to work in a multinational environment\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEfficient in at least English.
