Apple Pay is the leading mobile payments platform for in-store and online payments launched by Apple five years ago. This rapidly growing platform is available across 50 markets while quickly expanding into transit, university, ticketing, and loyalty solutions.

We are seeking a Global Operations Analyst to support operational workstreams across programs. This role requires you to deeply understand launching and sustaining Apple Pay programs globally as well as dealing with credential issuing partners.

We need a leader with vision who will develop a scalable solution by identifying key opportunities to build and optimize the Asset Management workstream. The team needs a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment. Basic program management skills are also highly desired.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Proven experience coordinating external partner communications
  • Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrixes organization
  • Flexible and have an open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Can influence decisions, introduce new ideas, and lead change through collaboration, and leadership
  • We are looking for high level of integrity, passion in providing this vital service to the platform and sense of urgency to "make things happen"

Description
- Lead global workstream with partners in the area of test card and test device asset management
- Engage with finance teams to build sustainable processes for monitoring and paying down accounts.
- Attention to detail with a strong level of customer focus.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (IE: Business Development, Marketing, Server & E2E, AppleCare, Finance, Analytics & Reporting etc.) to facilitate the program.
- Work with partners to develop meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
- Lead change. Work side by side with internal and external partners to automate, streamline and optimize processes effectively within the Apple culture.
- Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and customer-focused approach.
- Synthesize complex issues into a clear story and/or assess operational opportunities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable, preferably in operations.

Minimum 5-7 years operations management experience preferably within the Payment Card Industry.
