If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our\u003Cstrong\u003E CORE\u003C/strong\u003E values:\u003Cstrong\u003E Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, \u0026 Social Responsibility.\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProduce timely and accurate payroll- includes all interface and payroll processing activities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation- includes reconciliation of results and audit checks\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct as day-to-day liaison with client designated contacts for payroll-related processing.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERespond to client inquiries and take appropriate action ensuring timely review and resolution of issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork effectively across GlobalView and ADP business groups to resolve client issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain client payroll procedure manuals and business process documents\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHighlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the running of client payrolls\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProcess relevant tax forms for employees\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month-end, qrtr-end, and year-end activities; Balance client data for QTR and YE\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAudit work of other team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMonitor and report on payroll performance metrics related to assigned clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in testing and validation as required for product updates, configuration changes, and cyclical processing events (such as yr end).\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist implementation during testing phases/parallel processing/UAT\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain up to date knowledge and expertise of statutory legislation and ADP systems\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage client issues in CRM system and work with client and internal partners to classify, prioritize and follow-up\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide consultative advice, mentoring support and guidance to clients on payroll processes and changes, as well as area of expertise\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyze and resolve complex issues encountered within the team and/or client; Demonstrate strong analytical and error resolution skills for complex payroll environments\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify, recommend and implement process improvement methodologies that strengthen service delivery\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead - develop, organize and lead team, including coaching, training, monitor and manage work activity.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResource planning and scheduling.
