Job Description

Ensures platform and its components have the best performance and power balance specifically focusing on graphics hardware components. Research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance. Conducts system analysis on proprietary and competition platforms, develops advanced hardware tuning and overclocking.


Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related computing disciple with 3+ years of experience. OR Master's degree in same fields:

Your experience must be in the following areas:

  • Firmware/Embedded Firmware development or verification
  • SW development skills (Unit Testing, Test Driven Development) in C/C++
  • Problem solving skills and Hands-on Debug
  • Programming experience in C/C++- Programming experience in languages like Python, Perl - Object-Oriented Programming Techniques
  • Computer Architecture and Digital Logic - Linux/UNIX and related Tools
  • Verification Techniques including Assertions, Functional Coverage, and Randomized Regressions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming experience in Ruby is a plus
  • Reading and interpreting technical specs and Register Transfer Level (RTL) code
  • Power Management (PM) IP, PM Firmware, or PM SoC development, verification, using Verilog/System Verilog/OVM/UVM

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
