In this exciting position, you will be have the opportunity to work on the enabling of Graphics Driver features for many cutting edge Graphics products in the Windows environment. Responsibilities involve feature enabling, debug and resolution of issues of Kernel mode Windows driver for features of the Gfx hardware, primarily Display features. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams such as OS (MSFT), BIOS, HW, Customer Engineering, multiple Graphics SW teams, etc. The individual is expected to work with various partners and teams to debug and resolve issues. The individual must demonstrate the ability to effectively work with cross geo teams of software development / validation engineers, Graphics Hardware Architect/Designers, product validation, customer engineering teams to productize and innovate cutting edge graphics features.
Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a BS degree with
5+ years experience or a MS degree with 3+ years
experience. Degree should be Computer Engineering, Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering or related. Experience and
proficiency should be related to software
development.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience working in systems
(hardware/software) product development/ enabling teams.
- Experience in C / C++ software, ability to
understand HW and relevant specifications needed to
develop/debug/validate the software.
- Strong attention
to technical detail, data analysis and documentation.

Strong debug and problem solving skills on HW/SW driver
interactions.
- Excellent communication skills working
with multiple stakeholders including external customers/OEMs for
product enabling.
- Windows, Android/ Linux device
driver architecture, development or validation; program management
(software lifecycle) processes and tools; competitive awareness and
analysis of relevant graphics technologies.

Familiarity with graphics, video and/or display technologies such
as embedded DisplayPort/DisplayPort, MIPI DSI, and HDMI.
- Knowledge and development experience in Python.

Experience with debug tools and
analyzers.
