WHO WE ARE:
The Open Source Graphics Center is responsible for developing Linux drivers and technology for Intel's Graphics/Compute products. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Use your technical skills to dive deep into Intel's Linux GPU SW stack, contributing toward the release of industry-leading features for Intel's integrated and discrete graphics/compute products.

• Work directly with open source communities and across business units within Intel.

• Perform design, development, validation, documentation, and power and performance analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3+ years' industry experience working in large scale software product development teams and projects

OR

• A completed Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering

With the following skills and/or knowledge:

• C/C++ programming Skills

• Experience developing system software for Linux OS

• Hands-on knowledge in the software engineering development lifecycle process

• Debugging and system integration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Linux Operating system architecture and device driver model

• Familiarity with Linux kernel open source contributions and practices

• Familiarity with Linux DRM subsystem and graphics/compute SW stack

• Familiarity with 3D driver development, Vulkan/OpenGL APIs, and contributing to open source Mesa 3D project

• Experience with HPC, AI and/or ML software Developing scalable MPI applications

• Familiarity with developing applications for discrete GPUs

• Experience with Linux power management flows and/or power saving hardware technologies

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,500.00-$146,340.00
