Relentless pursuit of better

As the Payments and Card Processing Systems Group Leader, you will build out and manage the card processing, card issuing, real-time payment network, SEPA / SWIFT, PLAID, and additional pay-in and payout systems. You will manage the coordination across the schemes, the regulatory reporting, and reconciliation. In this role, you will also expand our card processing capabilities across LATAM, Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. As new products get launched globally, you will identify opportunities to enhance the automation, controls, and IT support for those new systems and products to offer best-in-class customer experience.

For this important role, you have at least 10 years of experience building business-critical products and launching them in the market. Additionally, you have built revenue streams through banking products, cards, lending, and customer cross-selling. You know global and regional card providers, as well as the pre-paid card business and how to issue products to final users. You possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written, enabling effective management and utilization of both indirect and direct resources. You can synthesize customer inputs and translate them into actionable initiatives that drive value for the company and execute strategic plans across the organization. You have proven leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams to motivate and drive results across a large indirect sphere of influence & think outside the box.

The on-target earnings range is $307,365-512,276, which includes a base salary of $219,547-365,912, short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
