This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a newly formed program management office within the Software Architecture and Technology Group. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated program manager to lead our hardware order fulfillment process. This position will work across organizational product and system teams that deliver value in optimizing key customer workloads across the full system stack from pre-silicon simulation and firmware up to orchestration and application frameworks to ensure that they have the hardware they need to achieve their goals.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for managing the hardware ordering process that supports our software development teams.
- Partner with planning and engineering teams to understand hardware needs and develop and maintain demand models
- Understand and track hardware order windows across the BU roadmaps
- Collect demand from across engineering groups
- Enter & track the demand / arbitrate priority when needed
- Manage budget/approvals across the organization and with hardware suppliers
- Coordinate with labs and vendors for deployment, rework, and repairs
- Understand the complexity and timing of shipping hardware around the world to Intel employees, and our partners/customers.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 3+ years orMasterswith 1+ years of Project or Program management experience
This position is not eligible for an Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Program management or related fields PMP, Agile or equivalent certification
- Functional understanding of Intel platforms
- Familiarity with Intel sampling tools, and shipping requirements

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
