ADP/Celergo is hiring a The HCM Support Analyst with demonstrated experience in providing leadership, technology expertise in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions. Sound like you?

The HCM Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting, testing and troubleshooting data issues with Celergo's Payroll Platform along with supporting our HCM Integration Project Managers and Specialist with the end-to-end projects for both implementing new and existing application interfaces (WD, Oracle, Success Factor, etc.). Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and decision making skills, attention to detail, expert in customer service and a passion for constant learning in the vast world of international payroll are the keys to success!



  •  Ticketing System Triage between PSS, DEV and IS.
  • Analysis and resolution of tickets.
  • Be an expert on CGC (Payroll Software) and Integration solutions; provide feedback and valuable scope and features improvement.
  • QA/UAT General and Integration (WD, Oracle, Success Factor, etc.)
  • Provide HCM training and maintenance of documentation of CGC (Payroll Software) and Integrations to operations.
  • Mentor and train Jr. and Associate HCM Support Analysts.
  • Troubleshoot, spec out, and document solutions for the various processes that are necessary to facilitate the changes in Celergo payroll platform. Such as writing test cases, testing execution (Working on all new features coming up as part of the releases scheduled.)
  • Assists with internal projects as requested.

 Client Integration Implementation

  • Assist with project scope and execution of client data gathering.
  • Support the Implementation & Client Support Team with client design for configuration based on system capabilities that include integration set-up and issues resolution. In addition to, various importing processes such as Ulti, WD, PeopleSoft, Netsuite, etc
  • Other duties as applicable.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience coordinating and leading projects.
  • 1-2 years' experience with testing principles and practices preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience with payroll systems, CRM, cloud base, Ulti, WD etc,.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity are a must.
  • 1+ Year of Client Interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.
  • Ability to travel as required <25% in year.
