Dame Products is looking for a leader to develop and grow our online customer acquisition strategy. You will be a close collaborator with the Product Marketing, Communications, Content, Creative, and Operations teams. We want someone who has a test and learn/research-based approach, works well in a fast-paced environment, is highly accountable, willing to question assumptions and be questioned by others. The purpose of this role will be to attract new customers through paid advertisements and brand partnerships

Your accountabilities will be:

  • Seeking and testing new paid ad channels
  • Recommending new customer acquisition funnels, involving segmented, tailored outcomes based on findings and customer data
  • Creating annual and quarterly marketing plans to achieve business targets
  • Executing, managing, and reporting KPIs (CAC, Subscription Growth, Revenue) across all paid campaigns
  • Delivering constructive and analytical feedback to content, creative, and web development teams to foster continued improvement
  • Brainstorming and scoping new creative assets and web pages
  • Building relationships with relevant agencies and partners
  • Collaborating with finance to ensure accurate revenue and profit attributions for each of the web properties and channels
  • Anything else that you think will help you achieve the role’s goal


  • 4+ years of growth marketing and customer acquisition experience, ideally in a performance marketing oriented start-up with a focus on CAC and ROAS
  • A proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns across many diverse channels (e.g. Facebook, search, out of home, native, email, podcast, tv, direct mail, etc.)
  • Able to use data gathered from your experiments and develop numerically-supported conclusions
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of: Excel, g.sheets, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Datastudio, Facebook Ad Manager
  • Comfortable managing multiple work-streams with a freelancers and in-house support including production on creative assets for marketing (we use Asana for task management)
  • Positive, passionate, organized, hard working, comfortable in a startup environment
  • Knack for creative problem solving while being comfortable with data
  • Perseverance and a willingness to try new things and find ways around obstacles
  • Not afraid to challenge others, and seeks direct, immediate feedback
  • Business development and account management experience are a plus
  • Very comfortable talking about all aspects of sex, women’s health, and related topics
