High Density Modular Tester (HDMT) is a next generation tester designed and built to improve test costs and increase test capability. In combination with HoP (HDMT on Prober), the module is used to test several Intel Advanced Packaging products

The HDMT Tester Engineer will be responsible for ramping, sustaining, and improving multiple testers including the embedded instruments and software. The engineer will be expected to meet safety quality and cost/effective output goals of the equipment including collaterals. The scope of work includes installation/qualification of equipment enabling different tester configurations to meet product needs and driving a comprehensive tester operating software roadmap.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field.

  • Candidate must possess 2+ years of semiconductor test or manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with programming languages like Python, C and C++

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
