Effectively establishes, maintains, builds and manages client relationships at all levels to ensure ADP Resource is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. AS necessary, acts as escalation point person for client billing and pricing questions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EDepartment Management:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHandles personnel duties for the Client Service Department including the assignment of clients to the appropriate HRG based on geography, complexity, and number of Worksite Employees, determining staffing needs, making selection recommendations, conducting performance appraisals, leading HRBP career-pathing efforts and providing recommendations for salary increases and promotions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepares, monitors, and maintains client service management information reports, project plans, and budgets. Acts as mentor and coach to Client Relationship Managers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EHuman Resources Consulting Activities:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides direction and coaching on establishing legally compliant pre-employment practices to include job descriptions, background checks, etc.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides basic compensation analysis, comparing client pay data against geographic and industry salary survey data.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as the liaison between clients and regional payroll processing department to ensure payroll transactions are submitted timely and accurately.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks with clients to ensure fair and compliant pay practices.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks with the ADP TotalSource Benefits Department, consultants and brokers to provide information about benefits, market trends and ensures that the client benefit renewal process is well managed and understood.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as a point of escalation for unresolved client issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunicates and interprets HR policies and procedures while providing remedies for any issues that may arise.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartners with client to create effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training, development plans, and interventions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains knowledge of required client procedures, including Drug Free Workplace and Worker\u0027s Compensation/Injury Reporting.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as liaison with designated Risk \u0026 Safety Managers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains high-level of knowledge surrounding legal compliance, government reporting, policies and procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides HR recommendations to help minimize liability in employee terminations. Works with Client Technology and Training Department(s) to ensure client understanding and participation ADP technology solutions and applications.e.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as a point of escalation for unresolved client issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EClient Relationship Policy Management:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks with other ASO Leaders to develop and refine a field service model, which includes all operating policies, procedures and standards required for the support of ADP\u0027s ASO product in the region.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborates with other departments on strategic objectives and coordinates efforts between departments to meet those objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunicates and modifies the strategies and services of the Human Resource team as business needs change.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E20% local travel\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E8 to 12 Years of Directly Related Experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDegree in Business Administration (or equivalent in education or experience).\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMBA or advance degree preferred.
