What Your Job Will Be Like:



Organization 03063, Talent Development Program Office, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join their team.



The selected candidate will be responsible for leading ad-hoc programs and projects that impacts the learning and development of Sandia National Laboratories/NTESS workforce. One will interact and connect with all levels of staff and management to conduct training analysis for effectiveness and behavioral changes, applying various evaluation methods and learning sciences practicum.



On any given day, one may be called upon to:





+ Lead strategy for creating programs



+ Identify key performance indicators to ensure the success progress to meeting the organizations strategic objectives and goals



+ Provide ad-hoc programmatic reports to executive management



+ Serve and lead strategic learning and development project teams to increase the effectiveness of training programs, curriculum, and programs



+ Collaborate with high performing Talent Development team members to align with the strategic division/center executive leadership and their learning and development goals and training interventions



+ Partner with strategic corporate organizations across HR and technical organizations to increase awareness and efficiency of corporate strategy



+ Participate in strategic operational planning for organization of Org. 3063, the Talent Management & Development Center of Excellence, and with the Senior Manager and management team, to make recommendations and solutions to sophisticated problems that effects the learning culture of SNL/NTESS





Qualifications We Require:





+ A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Learning Sciences (e.g. Neuroscience, Psychology, Training, Education, Adult Education, Language(s), Philosophy, etc.), plus 5 year related experience; or a Master's degree in above, plus 1 year related experience; or equivalent experience and/or achievements that demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job



+ The ability to acquire and maintain a DOE L-level security clearance





Qualifications We Desire:





+ An Advance degree (Master's or PhD) in Learning Sciences and/or Business



+ A proven record leading projects teams with innovative solutions



+ 5 to 8 years demonstrable experience in Education, Adult Learning, Training, and Training Evaluation



+ Experience leading a successful corporate team to address sophisticated issues and shared recommendations to executive management



+ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)



+ Strong analytical problem-solving skills



+ High emotional intelligence



+ Resilience and persistence to overcome obstacles to reach sustainable solutions

The Talent Development Program Office is a dynamic organization responsible for the quality and measurement of learning and development culture at SNL/NTESS. We are responsible for performance measures, quality assurance, evaluations, metrics, managing policy, processes, and procedures to determine the effectiveness of training. In addition, the department is responsible for the administration of the University Programs available to the members of the workforce.

Security Clearance:
