The Hardware Engineering (HWE) Strategic Support team is looking for a Program Manager to join our team. Strategic Support's mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation, with an initial focus on real estate and asset management. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize their business and organizational acumen, strong collaboration and relationship building skills, and ability to execute to create impact.

Key Qualifications

• Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging
• Well-organized, self-directed, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable presenting and communicating to all levels of the organization
• Strong interest and ability in taking a range of efforts
• 3+ years of relevant work experience

Primary responsibilities include:
Define and execute strategies for allocating space to enable world-class work environments by developing comprehensive space proposals through partnership with key business and cross-functional stakeholders
Identify and enable creation or improvement of business management processes and workflows to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes
Provide sound problem solving frameworks, especially working within ambiguous or undefined environments
Develop and drive related day-to-day initiative management efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, and data management
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making
Execute, manage, and report consistently on initiatives

Education & Experience

BS/A preferred
