Come and join us, the IP Engineering Group (IPG) team is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as an IP Architect. The IP Engineering Group (IPG) develops soft and hard IP that are fundamental to the creation of Intel products.

As an IP Architect, you will be on the leading edge of memory and compute innovation and will help define Intel's IP architectures used across a broad range of Intel products such as servers and GPUs. In addition to the qualifications listed below the ideal candidate should possess:

Qualifications

Minimum skills and qualification to get you considered:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of overall computer engineering experience

  • 5+ years of experience directly related to I/O architecture

  • Experience with cache coherency and hierarchy, paging, and Intel architecture is highly valued.

  • Exposure to design, validation and performance analysis tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific knowledge of I/O virtualization architecture including PCIe, CXL, and I/O device architecture, device interface architecture, and virtualized software architecture.

  • Specific knowledge of I/O architecture related to data center, client, and/or graphics.

  • Specific experience with performance architecture, modeling, and characterization.

  • Specific experience with the workflow and deliverables of a computer architect, including best practices for developing, evaluating, documenting and debugging new concepts and solutions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$132,940.00-$199,800.00
