In addition, Sales Manager will be responsible for providing consistent management, planning and reporting on their accounts.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify prospective clients and Meet or exceed assigned quota.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate consistent activity management, opportunity and account plans within Salesforce.com.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the sales against these goals; adjust sales strategies to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBroaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-\u0026agrave;-vis the competition.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPursue small, medium and large prospects and leads and negotiate terms of sales that will maximize the organization\u0027s business interests.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with other departments across the organization (particularly in implementation and client services) to ensure that sales activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAble to generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExtensive understanding of local market and deep penetration for increasing sales\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGood in understanding the market and competitor trends and accordingly drive plans to increase sales revenues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EShould be able to connect and interact with CEO\u0027s CXO\u0027s, HR Head / Finance etc., and creating connect thereby increasing the sales volume.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare RFP\u0027s, EOI\u0027s and able to understand the scope, profit, risks etc.,\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAble to articulate well and should have the capability to convert passive clients into real time business deals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrepare reports / trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure adherence in achieving the sales plan and participate in review with reporting supervisor.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS\u003C/strong\u003E:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation\u003C/strong\u003E :\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor degree or above.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EExperience\u003C/strong\u003E :\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 5 years of sales experience in service outsourcing, HCM solutions and/or related software industries selling to senior-level executives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong financial acumen and business orientation with innovative approaches to business development.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESound Experience in handling B2B sales is mandatory.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of HR / Payroll Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESolid proven sales record in continually achieving or exceeding assigned business revenue targets.
