Job Description

Logic Technology Development (LTD) is looking for a highly driven and disciplined Industrial Engineering Capacity Coordinator. LTD is Intel's primary technology development site and is the first site to ramp every technology at high volume, making it critical to develop and implement on-time and cost-optimized factory capacity plans. Intel is counting on LTD to deliver predictable technology development and high-volume manufacturing output, and the capacity coordinator plays an essential role for those objectives.

The candidate is expected to possess deep technical expertise in capacity analysis and perform the following:


1. Take on a leadership role in problem solving for technical deliverables
2. Develop tactical team project plans and drive results through others
3. Represent the department in management reviews and drive decision making
4. Proactively develop and drive strategic initiatives for improving department capabilities and/or efficiencies
5. Maintain data systems accuracy for implementing capacity plans6. Coach/mentor other team members

The role requires demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of the Wafer Fabrication process and core Industrial Engineering concepts in the area of capacity planning, as well as team leadership and work coordination.

The candidate must be results-oriented, capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear conclusions and action plans. This position requires strong analytical, project management and business partnering/influencing skills. He/she must have excellent written and oral communications skills. The position requires strong business and technical acumen, disciplined process management, problem solving skills, multitasking ability and attention to quality and detail. The job is in a fast-paced environment and requires a dynamic individual to succeed.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Requirements:


Must possess a degree in an Engineering discipline and semiconductor industry experience with the following minimums:


Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
Or, Master's degree and 2+ years of experience
Or, PhD and 1+ year of experience

Preferred Requirements:

- Problem solving skills on technical engineering deliverables
- Experience coordinating team project plans and driving results through others
- Knowledge and skills in driving strategic initiatives for improving department capabilities and/or efficiencies
- Experience using data systems and implementing capacity plans

- Work history coaching and mentoring other team members

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
