Job Description

The Logic Technology Development Factory Infrastructure (LTD FI) Team has opportunities for individuals to be a part of enabling Intel's future manufacturing capabilities and roadmap. The Facilities Planning Team is often the first to engage on new or unique facility systems, new tool platform facilities impacts evaluation, and building and facility system capacity expansion. We partner with various organizations including factory personnel, facility operations, industrial engineering and the worldwide construction organization to manage and transfer the data necessary to forecast facilities demand and size our construction projects worldwide. The virtual factory depends on us to enable facilities capacity gap analysis, environmental modeling and construction scope planning and optimization.

We are looking for someone to help sustain our modeling data management processes. This position would be responsible for managing data quality indicators, partnering with our customers to drive updates, executing and analyzing reports to identify outliers and trends for follow up, and continuous improvement efforts on our overall data integrity processes. As a Facilities Planning Technician you will collaborate with manufacturing tool owners, global supply chain, finance, facilities system owners, tool install design and the local construction teams. Some of the work may require fab/field walks for validation and alignment.

The candidate will be required to work shift 1 hours. A flexible/hybrid work model is available.

A successful candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are dependent on the specific function the candidate supports.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3 + years of experience operating/maintaining facilities systems or factory tools
- Excel proficiency for organizing data and charting
- Ability to learn internal programs and database
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, strong organization, communication and time management skills.
- Motivated team player able to problem solve and develop an internal network.

Preferred Qualifications:

- AA/AS degree in Engineering Technology or Related Military service
- AutoCAD experience to read/review tool install and/or facilities design packages.
- Power BI experience for analysis and/or reporting
- Project management software experience such as Microsoft Project
- SQL Pathfinder knowledge

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
