We are looking to hire a senior DevOps Engineering Manager who is responsible for:
Building and leading Infrastructure DevOps teams, developing automated infrastructure capabilities such as security and monitoring tools, backups, release management, and maintaining efficient and high performance compute infrastructure environment for Intel silicon designs and manufactoring
Engaging with product managers and technologists across Intel to drive requirements for new projects and develop service roadmaps.
Providing technical leadership/guidance on infrastructure engineering and operational processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields. MS degree with 10+ years of industry work experience
5+ years of technical managerial experiences in hyperscale cloud environment
Strong knowledge of Linux OS, programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl, Java, SQL, C/C++), configuration management, monitoring and deployment tools (Ansible, Prometheus, GIT, Puppet, etc)
Proven track record of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring cross-organization coordination

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
