ADP's Nationals team is searching for an experienced Implementation Project manager with HCM Integration and Implementation Experience (Workday Preferred.) This person will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients into Celergo Payroll Platform, through development, configuration and HCM Integration. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and decision making skills, attention to detail, expert in customer service and a passion for constant learning in the vast world of international payroll are the keys to success!

The Implementation Project Manager will report to the Implementation & Client Support Manager and will be accountable both for implementing new and existing application interfaces. This position will also serve as a client facing contact responsible for building and maintaining business contacts.

THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Ticketing System Triage between PSS, DEV and IS.
  • Troubleshoot, spec out, and document solutions for the various processes that are necessary to facilitate the changes in Celergo payroll platform. Such as writing test cases, testing execution (Working on all new features coming up as part of the releases scheduled.)
  • Support the Implementation & Client Support Team with client design for configuration based on system capabilities that include integration set-up and issues resolution. In addition to, various importing processes such as Ulti, WD, PeopleSoft, Netsuite, etc.
  • Provide Technical Training of CGC (Payroll Software), Workday, and Ultimate for Internal and external clients.
  • Auditing legacy data from clients and configuring data for imports.
  • Developed and managed a communication plan, including regular project status reports internally and externally.
  • Assists with internal projects as requested.
  • Travel as required for on-site client and remote team training.

 EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:

  • 3-6 years' experience coordinating and leading projects, preferably in payroll software implementation such as Kronos, Ultimate and Workday.
  • 2-4 years' experience with testing principles and practices preferred.
  • Workday Certify prefer.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.

 Educational Qualification

  • BA or BS in relevant field or equivalent prior work experience and training, Masters preferred
