Purpose and Objective:

This internship will support the activities of the Customer Success activities in the Multi-Cloud Team. The Multi-Cloud takes end-to-end ownership of delivering solution and enable SAP’s Line of Business to move to the public cloud, such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure or Alibaba.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

 

As part of the internship working for the Customer success team within the Multi-Cloud Org, you will receive opportunities unlike any other internship experience. Some responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 

Supporting the reporting needs and requirements of the Multi-Cloud team by routinely collecting, organizing, and analyzing:

  • Activities and statuses of ongoing projects from our “Project Management Tool” o Data from other reports
  • Assisting and reacting quickly to urgent requests from management and executives Creating and editing amazing sales & marketing collateral such as customer stories, project one-pagers, promo videos, and other materials that seek to promote the activities and achievements of the Multi-Cloud Org.
  • Managing and maintaining various reporting dashboards by providing content and web infrastructure understanding

 

Education and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a polymath who can take on multiple responsibilities and tasks, and can be a creative problem-solver across a wide -range of topics.
  • The candidate must also be ready and willing to wear many hats and adapt to a fast-moving and constantly evolving business landscape. 
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program preferably in one or more of the following areas of study: Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science

 

Must also possess:

  • An unwavering attention to detail
  • A strong analytical and creative mind-set
  • Tenaciousness in finding the right solutions A “never quit” attitude
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability, willingness, and aptitude to learn SAP enterprise software
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
  • Availability and means to work on-site on the SAP campus in Palo Alto (40 hours per week).
  • Knowledge of cloud technology a great plus.

 

Location and Duration:

Able to work onsite on the SAP campus in Palo Alto, CA. The internship will be for 6 months. We provide a start-up environment from the heart of the Silicon Valley along with free lunch everyday and subsidized public transportation.
