This internship will focus on supporting SAP North American Enterprise Support operations team. The candidate will assist the Enterprise Support North America in operational reporting and participate with various ad hoc projects as help is requested.


  • Administrative Tasks for Upper Management Reporting
  • Assist the Project or Program PMO as needed; task may include
    • Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures
    • Coordinate project and planning meetings
    • Support Global Practice initiatives
    • Help create quarterly reporting and update the projects tracking documents.
    • Participate with various ad hoc projects to help drive objectives


  • Ability to problem solve and handle a broad range of activities.
  • Team player and motivated towards process enhancements
  • Extremely organized, action oriented, and flexible (can affectively cope with change)
  • Outstanding communication skills, professional, authoritative and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at every level of the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required, ability to analyze data in a clear and concise style.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with other MS Office Tools


  • Looking for resource entering Junior year of college
  • Previous internship experience helpful


  • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree seeking program which is applicable to the position.
  • Schedule: This is a minimum 6-month internship. We require a commitment of at least 35 working hours during the summer and at least 25 working hours in the fall, winter, and spring.
