Come be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple. The Internet Software and Services (IS&S) organization designs and builds Apple's incredible Services, including Apple TV+, Apple News, Apple Music, GarageBand, Apple Maps, iCloud, Apple Pay, and many more!

We are looking for an Internal Experience Producer who will oversee Services-wide employee-facing digital and in-person experiences and events. In this role, you will be part of a growing team focused on inspiring employees, shaping culture, and building community.

In this role, you will oversee, execute, and evolve our existing portfolio of digital experiences, working closely with internal partners and vendors. This role is for someone who has both virtual and in-person production experience, leadership and project management skills, and the ability to work and influence cross-functionally at all levels. You possess the organizational skills of a project manager, and the ability to brief and manage agencies and vendors, while conversing fluently with interdisciplinary teams. You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or peers. You also have a passion and ability to build content that supports experiences. And, you strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-10 years agency or in-house experience as a Producer or Events Manager
  • Deep understanding of the virtual and in-person event production process
  • Proven track record of producing innovative events that engage and connect with employees
  • A desire to get into the detail on projects and build knowledge and expertise from the ground up
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to develop content that supports an event or experience
  • Experience working across various internal groups and external vendors
  • Ability to partner closely with internal product and creative teams to ensure that creative and product imagery follows Apple's brand guidelines and standards
  • Strong communication, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success building solid business relationships and managing partner expectations
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact, and diplomacy
  • Calm and logical problem solver when issues arise
  • Experience with project/task management tools
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines
  • Discretion in handling confidential materials and issues
  • Proficient with Keynote and Numbers
  • Experience with video or photo production desired
  • Proven ability to manage large scale and complex budgets
  • High level of passion, collaboration and dedication to your area of expertise.
