CSG's IP Program Management Office is seeking a team member who is enthusiastically interested in working with us. Our job is to ensure that our team has the IP building blocks needed to successfully develop the SOC. As a technical program manager, you will be working to coordinate a number of soft IP components and associated collaterals being delivered to our SOCs for integration. The SOC developments that you help manage will directly feed Intel's client product lines and Intel's bottom line. You will manage IP alignments from early SoC planning until products are qualified for production. Our team works together to form a clear IP plan of record, prioritize support needs, negotiate change orders, track receivables, and communicate as active members of the SOC design team.
This is a unique opportunity for either experienced technical program managers or experienced engineers who are interested in transitioning into program management. In exchange for your unique experience and enthusiasm, we are prepared to invest in your success. The successful candidate will be effective at working with technical experts to clarify requirements, establish timelines, align receivables, and resolve issues. Candidate must be comfortable working across organizational and geographical boundaries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of development tools and flows, structural design and SoC integration methodologies will help propel the candidate. Our team is primarily based in Folsom CA and Chandler AZ, but this position is open to US sites. Travel is not regularly required, but may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in IP design, SOC design, or technical program management with knowledge of
- Logic Design
- Structural Design
- Development tools and flows
- SOC integration methodologies

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
