EPG SiE is looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead the program execution forum of Intel's IPU Chipsets. In this position, you will lead the group's cross-functional product development teams to deliver the leading-edge products per the required Landing Zone, on time and budget to our customers. The successful candidate will provide technical and operational direction to engineering teams, serving as the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. The candidate will need to exercise engineering judgment in order to develop solutions, solve complex problems, and define implement the best approaches for resolving issues. The candidate will need to demonstrate an advanced understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the relevant features and programs, and will utilize this knowledge to influence across organizational boundaries in order to accelerate progress and drive to a successful execution and product launch.

Skills: Demonstrate skills to lead cross-organizational technology and product development projects. Solid understanding of Pre and post-silicon development from concept to productization. Effective negotiation skills with proven skills to work between various engineering and business teams in order to deliver results. Proven skills to lead cross-organizational teams where participants are not direct reports, motivating technical contributors and driving innovation. Proficient to build and manage effective customer relationships, influencing product direction and Intel's plans in order to better meet customer needs. Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including engagements with customers and the proficiency to create concise summaries of plans, status, recommendations, and risks along with the path to resolution.

Qualifications

Qualified applicant must have a BS degree in a relevant field.
15+ years of relevant experience.
Significant experience in SOC, platform, or hardware architecture and design - preferably with experience across multiple disciplines.
Demonstrated technical expertise in Ethernet technology or subsystem such as LAN, RDMA, power management, security, etc.
