In this position, the Information IT Integration Engineer/Developer will learn to support Intel's big bet service management and asset management platforms. This role requires a mix of skills and experience in the areas of software development, data analytics, and systems engineering.

You will be a member of a highly collaborative Agile DevOps delivery team of information security professionals that are responsible for providing best-in-class security capabilities that keep Intel secure and deliver business value to our stakeholders.
Job responsibilities:
- Partner with other software development engineers, system engineers, network engineers, database administrators, monitoring team, and information security personnel in support of new features, services, and releases.
- Support the analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation of Intel's service, event, and asset management platforms, including application development, upgrades, and integration with various systems, tools, and data sources.
- Assist with identification, design, documentation, and implementation of internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, elimination of technical debt.
- Demonstrate an Agile and DevOps team approach to supporting Intel's Service and Asset Management Platforms.
- Proactively discover problems before users notice; achieve optimal application performance, stability, and availability; determine optimal configurations for application software and application servers; scale infrastructure to meet demand.
- Responsible for configuration, management, and operational support of core service, event, and asset management platforms.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or any other science/engineering related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in the following:
- Supporting Information Technology/Security operations and service delivery
- Applying Software Development Life Cycle, Agile DevOps, SAFe model
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience/coursework in:
- Programming/scripting experience (e.g. C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, Ansible), Agile CI/CD environments
- Interaction with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Various server/system architectures, operating systems, system patching, system and security configuration, auditing, and automation
- Windows and Linux administration (i.e., installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
- Cloud security components and experience implementing cloud computing solutions
- Network protocols (TCP/IP) as well as protocols associated with common device communications
- Information security and/or service management certifications through industry recognized organizations such as: ITIL, ServiceNow, SAFe, AWS, MCSE

Inside this Business GroupIntel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
