IT Systems Analysis work focuses
on designing information systems that are appropriate for users'
needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's
information systems architecture
including:
- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
- Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
- Leverages Agile methodology to design and configure solutions.
- Works closely with the business to develop required training, change management, and operations process.
- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications, and provide support.
- Looks for opportunities to automate business processes with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
- Works closely with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and the Development team to translate the business needs to a system design that the development team will implement.

Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
- 5+ years of experience successfully delivering complex IT enterprise solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in
Business Analysis and Software Development
Lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
- Experience in Product Development, Product Lifecycle (PLC), and Semiconductor Products such as platforms, processors, chipsets, etc.
- Experience working with IT solutions including Portfolio Management, Project, Schedule, and Risk Management.
- 3+ years of working experience in successfully delivering business outcomes using Agile and SAFe.
- 4+ years of experience in
one or more of the following IT solutions
including:
- Agile Planning.
- Requirement to Validation Management.
- Defect Management.
- Application Integrations.

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$113,500.00-$170,120.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
