The role manages a market book of key accounts by building strategic relationships with C-level client contacts; creating and executing an account strategy and effectively influencing the direction of current and future human capital needs within the client\u0027s business. Acts as the TotalSource subject matter expert for the client and provides consultation to strategically drive results with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and retention. In this position the KAE will ensure the delivery of Service Excellence and the improvement of overall client relationships including client satisfaction and client experience. Understand the perspective of the client and takes proactive steps to maximize client satisfaction, including client outreach programs as applicable. Travel required to support client visits and strengthen client relationships. Works with assigned Human Resources Business Partner to effectively maintain, build and manage client relationships at all levels to ensure ADP TotalSource is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. Responsible for driving results with clients, with the goal of increasing client experience, worksite-employee experience and client retention. Works with SDCS/FE/MGM on potential concessions only when necessary.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunication: Actively and consistently communicates with clients and schedules on-site client visits to ensure appropriate utilization of ADP TotalSource services.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAlso, provides continuous inter and intra departmental communications to enhance the market\u0027s effectiveness in dealing with critical client issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks with the Senior Director of Client Services or General Manager in the market to develop and implement best practices and on business service challenges, product quality and solutions to enhance service delivery.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssists SDCS/MGM in ongoing management of resources to ensure accomplishment of profitability and business goals defined in the business plan.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist in capital planning and expenditures consistent with TotalSource authorization levels.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERevenue Generation: Is responsible for the needs analysis and presentation of new and optional products and services to the client base which can help the Market reach its revenue goals and further add to the overall value proposition and client experience of the base.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFinancial Analysis: Conducts financial analyses of client relationship and provides to client and internal service team with perspective on the value of services provided, as needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Over 5 Years, Up to 8 Years of Sales or sales-management experience in a fast-paced service environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E 5\u002B years experience in a functional HR or HR Consulting capacity, with the ability to develop strategic HR initiatives for clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Within years of experience, must possess at least 5 years of successful business leadership experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Experience or familiarity in the PEO, Payroll or HR Outsourcing industries a must.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must have experience with multiple larger complex clients and dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at senior levels of organizations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bachelor\u0027s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight travel\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be able to provide onsite support to clients in California\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPHR/SPHR certification and/or Master\u0027s degree in relevant field\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong understanding of PEO concept, issues and operations and advanced client relationship management experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to drive results through individual efforts and influencing others, without authority over them.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrategic Thinking - demonstrated ability to assess needs and provide innovative solutions to assist clients in meeting their business objectives through the use of ADP\u0027s products and service.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECommunication-able to interact with all levels in an organization including worksite employees, managers and executives.
