Lead Application Developer II

Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Kentucky seeks a Lead Application Developer II in Frankfort, Kentucky to be responsible for analyzing the business requirements and create technical design documents, prototyping, update business use cases; Performing coding, fixing issues, code reviews, source control management, build & deployment procedures. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a foreign equivalent. 6 years of professional experience in computer programming and/or systems analysis, or requisite skills.  The experience, education, or skills requirement cannot be met with only requisite skills. 6 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, HTML, MS SQL Server 2008 – 2016, T-SQL, MS Visual Studio 2012 – 2017, and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (VS TFS). 3 years of experience in MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, SQL Server Reporting services (SSRS). 2 years of experience administering an enterprise level database server.
