Seek to act as a mentor and actively support fellow team members in an effort to develop their respective skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with the ADP Project Manager (Consulting) assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEscalate project issues to Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide relevant training and knowledge sharing opportunities for members of the Implementation Team, this can include informal on-the-job training to facilitating formal SAP training courses\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrate and apply knowledge of key implementation strategies such as the SAP ASAP methodology\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of support methodologies including usage of an Issue tracking system\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKeep clients blueprints, configuration worksheets, client specific configuration documentation and training material up to date\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELiaise with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that client\u0027s receive the highest levels of client service.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide pre-sales support including analyzing and providing answer for tender documentation, performing demonstrations and attending any workshops where specialist knowledge of payroll is required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerform Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client\u0027s system.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation \u0026 Experience:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERequires Bachelor\u0027s Degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust have configuration knowledge /consulting skills for at least one applicable SAP functional area.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust have 1-3 years of proven SAP consulting experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E1-3 years proven ability to annually lead HR/Payroll implementations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKnowledge in French or German payroll\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFluency in Franch or German languages.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaster\u0027s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGood understanding of Country (1 or \u002B), State and Enterprise legislation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EService and customer focused\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResults focused\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManagement capabilities\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFluency in English\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGood interpersonal and communication skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to proactively improve his/her skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work with cultural differences\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to prioritize tasks and time management skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDeploy methodology skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMethodologies - demonstrate knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by Delivery teams and Project implementation methodology\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ENegotiation skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffective communication with an open, honest and direct communication approach.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent interpersonal and relationship skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProfessional presentation skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPeople Management capabilities\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEmpathy.
