Team has an excellent opportunity for you. XSE is responsible for
delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display)
hardware, intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-a-chip
(SoC) products for Client discrete graphics and data center high
performance computing. We strive to lead the industry through
continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We are looking
for an experienced GPU/SoC Architect to join the team. You be will
be part of XE Architecture team that defines and delivers high
performance SoC solutions to client and server
markets.
Role responsibilities include but not
limited to:
* Develop SoC architecture specifications that
meet the product/market requirements.
* Drive feature
definitions, publish key performance indicators of the product and
engage in Power and Performance analysis towards meeting the
targets
* Engage design, validation and other teams in the
broader product development teams to successfully deliver the
product to market.
* Engage in problem identification,
issue closures and collateral updates
* Review any
bottom-up design for challenges in functional or performance
convergence and drive SoC architecture solution to enable better
design convergence.
* Review the Intel SoC design and
validation plans and ensure the plans are exhaustive and
complete.
* Proactively identify and resolve problems
upstream and downstream
The ideal candidate will
have the following skills in addition to the qualifications listed
below:
* Excellent written and oral communication
skills
* Strong leadership skills, self-motivated,
persistent, and resilient with the ability to operate in face of
ambiguity
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
with rapidly changing priorities and
direction
Qualifications
Must
have a Bachelors in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related
field and 10+ years of industry experience. Or a
Master's in the same fields with 7+ years
of industry or a PhD in the same fields with 4+ years
of industry experience.
You experience should be in the
following:
* SoC architecture, design and
verification
* Multiple domains of the SoC architecture,
client and datacenter product concepts, protocols and interfaces
standards
* Industry standards, tools and SoC design
methodologies and manufacturing processes
Preferred
skills and experience:
* High performance computing, GPU
architecture

Annual Salary Range for jobs which

$171,710.00-$274,890.00
