About the Role The IP Engineering Group (IPG) is part of Intel's Design Engineering Group (DEG). The responsibilities of the Lead IP Engineer role include: Work closely with SoC Integration teams to drive high level achievements for IP development. Drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams: RTL, Validation, Structural design, circuit and layout teams Multi-task skills will be key to lead IPs across several projects at a time. Drive technical work with internal teams, resolving issues and bug tracking. Pull together regular project status presentations for executive leadership review. Convert large amounts of data into a clear story to communicate to partners and organizations at all levels. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution. Lead weekly meetings with IP consumers to resolve technical issues Drive and own the IP execution for all pre and post Si milestones.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:The
candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical
Engineering or Computer Science and 12+ years of experience in: -
OR - a Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or
Computer Science and 10+ years of experience in: SoC and IP
development Partnering with RTL, Validation, Structural design,
circuit and layout teamsAnd 5+ years of experience in: new product
introduction and go-to market planning product roadmap and
life-cycle management quality control and assurance customer and
vendor engagement and experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Analytical, detail oriented, energetic, and highly organized
proven track record of capability to prioritize and manage team
workload Strong problem-solving and decision-making
skills

for this Role
This role will be
eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split
their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and
off-site.
