Job Description

The mission of Intel's Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is to drive the future for FPGAs, Structured ASICs, and Custom ASICs technology/solutions around the globe. With the Custom Logic ASIC Solutions team, you'll be surrounded by some of the brightest minds/engineers in the world as we are responsible for creating and delivering the best custom logic solutions.

You will lead continuous improvement of SoC and subsystem level validation methodology, definition and execution of validation plan, and support of post-silicon debug. You will also collaborate with logic designers in architecture definition and design implementation.


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of industry experience inclusive of

  • Logic validation and/or design

  • Experience in enabling SoC level validation environment from ground up using industry common solutions (e.g., UVM, OVM)

  • Experience in defining validation plan, writing test benches per architecture spec, and debugging RTL

  • Experience with RTL coding using Verilog and/or System Verilog

  • Experience in scripting languages, e.g. Perl/TCL/Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in logic validation/design

  • Experience in leading and mentoring other logic validation engineers
