Lead/Principal Intelligence Requirements Analyst

The MITRE Corporation is seeking a highly-motivated, experienced, and entrepreneurial intelligence professional to develop requirements for identified future system acquisitions related to identified Intelligence Community (IC) mission needs. As an Intelligence Requirements Analyst at MITRE, work on a project focused on providing the future capabilities to ensure that the IC fulfills its collection and analysis missions. Enjoy working as part of a Government FFRDC team of creative, engaging, and self-directed individuals. The position is full-time and located in McLean, VA.
 
Work with intelligence professionals to implement the Intelligence Community Capability Requirements (ICCR) process to include requirements formulation and requirements tracking, evaluation, and validation.  Coordinate and/or oversee efforts to support requirements development, capabilities assessments, and other intelligence-related studies. Conduct formal technical analysis of requirements and developing statements of capabilities (SOC).
 
 

Position Requirements:

 

A BS/BA Degree, TS/SCI with Polygraph, and 8+ years of related experience.

Knowledge of the IC, DoD, and the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) system. 

Substantial technical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
Experience in formal requirements formulation, evaluation, and tracking.
Familiarity and understanding of the ICCR process.
Experience working with senior IC officers and policymakers.
Capable of generating reports, briefings, and position papers, including strong writing and briefing skills.
Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills to enable more efficient and effective execution of the mission.
Multi-disciplinary technical background and broad professional interests.
Extensive work experience within the Intelligence Community and a large IC/DoD network.
Experience identifying, documenting, and developing either business processes and standard operating procedures for large projects. 
Effective networking to reach back responsively across all of MITRE to bring the Corporations array of strengths and skills to the project.
Ability to remain flexible to changing customer requirements and successfully operate in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Knowledge of the IC, DoD, and the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) system.
