Description

AT&T Mobility & Entertainment (M&E) Consumer Marketing & Analytics is committed to driving individual product excellence, while accelerating our multi-product household base.  This role will:

  • Leverage data to develop insights regarding changes to the strategy, volume, pricing, messaging or distribution performance.
  • Socialize insights to your leadership as well as to cross-functional partners to ensure consistent understanding and alignment at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle management as the team will own more than one audience e.g. Audience 2 could be in development while Audience 1 could be in post-launch management.
  • Deliver POV on GA target as input to pricing team.
  • Establish dashboard and cadence to report on KPI performance to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing ops to establish launch plan and understand any tech dev that may be needed.
  • Partner with advertising team to deliver messages that are on strategy.
  • Partner with media teams to select appropriate media channels and that conversation rates of selected channels will deliver on targets.
  • Partner with appropriate sales teams e.g. MDU, Mobile/Pop-Up, External as needed to deliver flawless launch execution
  • No direct reports but the ability to influence large cross-functional teams at different levels.

  • A natural collaborator. An individual with the intellectual agility and organizational savvy to solve complex issues and find win-win solutions when working with a number of parties.
Education:
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing or similar discipline preferred; MBA
