The Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group's High-Performance Computing Systems Integration Team is expanding, and we are seeking a Lead System Validation Engineer to drive our Platform, System, and Scale Validation efforts for GPU and HPU products.
Our solutions are being used today to solve some of the world's most challenging scientific problems such as bio-medical research, climate research, genome analysis, renewable energy - all which require' sophisticated CPU+ GPU solutions.
Your
responsibilities would
include:
Technically leading a team of system and scale validation engineers, setting high level deliverables and partnering with the engineering manager to manage tasks
Creating test strategy and creating/driving test plans, with a focus on customer use cases for platform, HPC-style system, and scale
Executing and debug bare metal content on full chip emulation or simulation models
Participating in Joint Validation Taskforce (JVT) that spans pre-silicon, FWs, System SW, and post-silicon validation
Reporting out on progress to Senior Management
Strong demonstration of Intel's Cultural values

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, or relevant education and 6+ years of relevant experience in one, or more of the following areas:
Strong validation/verification skills at post-Si, platform, and/or system levels
Experience leading a diverse technical team leveraging collaboration across multiple departments to achieve results
Linux, middleware, HPC software and/or hardware debug in a Linux environment background
Preferred Qualifications: (any one or more will help the candidate, but is not required)
Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience, as notated above
GPU, Server or High Performance Computing environment experienceHands-on lab experience with JTAG-based hardware debug tools
Post-Si debug and debug at scale experience
Hardware system debug tools including logic/network analyzers knowledge and experience

Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
