Leader, Marketing and Digital Go To Market Singapore

In this critical global role, you will own the Digital Market P&L for Singapore and the rest of the countries within the APAC region and will drive our Digital portfolio customer and revenue growth and focus on the following:

Role Responsibilities

  • Build marketing strategies for expansion within the APAC region, scale growth initiatives for existing markets and expand WU users from C2C or C2B and surrounding ecosystem.
  • Drive relationship with the media and creative agency at regional level, including budget allocation, optimization and KPIs (both digital and ATL investments) across all channels.
  • Manage the Digital Product function across the portfolio markets to deliver prioritized features and new products for the web and app. Coordinate with the US Global Digital Product.
  • Manage the Digital Marketing function across the region to deliver acquisition and retention targets, including budget management, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the Digital Pricing function across the region, to drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue and corridor growth.

Role Requirements

  • Degree in quantitative fields or relevant professional equivalent experience
  • Extensive relevant experience in driving Digital functions (highly preferably marketing, customer experience) with multinational companies in remittance services business
  • P&L management and ownership experience in digital functions, highly preferred in digital marketing
  • Strong Digital analytics skills
  • Proven leadership experience
